COVID-19 Response

This page is dedicated to help you best understand what we are doing in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The health and safety of our families and teachers are our priority. For this reason we have put some new procedures into place. We will continue to run our small In-Studio classes as long as it is safe and the CDC and local and federal governments allow such classes. Studios are cleaned and sanitized between each group. We also offer tools to sanitize during class if needed. We continue to offer our quality programming and have limited our group sizes. We have limited each family to one adult per child in our parent-child classes.

Face Coverings

We continue to watch, listen, and educate ourselves on the best way to care for each other during the continued COVID-19 pandemic. We would like to thank all of you for following our guidelines and helping to keep us all healthy. As a member of the Studio June community, you know we respect each one of you and the choices you make for your family. The majority of children in our community are under the age of six. And for that reason, we will continue to follow the guidelines that the CDC has set for schools and childcare facilities when it comes to mask wearing. You can find those guidelines here: guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)

Face coverings are required and are provided for all instructors at the Studio when working with children. All employees wear a face mask at all times unless alone in an office or in a private workspace.

All accompanying adults and all children ages four and up are required to wear a face covering while at Studio June, in the Studio while class is in session, and in the common area. Children age three are strongly encouraged to wear a face covering. It is not recommended that children younger than three wear a face covering.

All children and employee face coverings should be washed or thoroughly cleaned daily.

In some cases, plastic barriers and/or face shields may be used in place or in addition to face masks, for example, for social-emotional instruction that would benefit from a clear view of the instructor’s entire face.

Parents or caregivers must sign a Waiver of Liability and Acknowledgment of Responsibility before the beginning of each class session.

Other Personal Protective Equipment requirements:

  • We take a temperature digitally of every person entering Studio June
  • We ask that all adults and children participating wash their hands thoroughly before entering their class.
