This time of year is often full of gift-giving. You may be looking to add one more item under the tree, a surprise for the child next door, or you may just want to store this list away for later. One of my favorite gifts to give is books (I know, no surprise). There are so many amazing books out there and it can be difficult to narrow down what type of book to give: 📚 A storybook? A beautiful picture book? A book of poetry, a book of vocabulary?
This is my comprehensive list of books on Science and Engineering for children 3-8 years. Here you will find a new and interesting book for each young engineer on your list! (links are affiliate links and we may receive a benefit if you purchase from our links) We use many of these in our Studio Solvers Class: a class for young engineers. Through story, we are able to teach ideas and concepts that the children then test in their guided explorations and discoveries in class. We hope this list inspired you to share the joy of science with a little one in your life! Enjoy!
